Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms apply when you or your salon use SalvaSalon. By creating an account or using SalvaSalon, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your salon.
1. The service
SalvaSalon is software for salons to manage clients, appointments, color formulas and related work, operated by [Company legal name], [state of incorporation], [postal address].
2. The beta
During the beta, SalvaSalon is free. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may have interruptions or errors. It is provided as is. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve SalvaSalon without any obligation to you.
3. Accounts
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account. Salon owners are responsible for who they invite and the roles they give them.
4. Your salon's data
Your salon owns the information it enters about its clients. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use it, including any consent your clients must give, for example to receive text messages. We use your salon's data only to provide SalvaSalon to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your data at any time. If you close your account, you can export it first; we delete it afterwards, except what the law requires us to keep.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use SalvaSalon to break the law, send spam or messages people haven't agreed to receive, upload content you don't have the right to share, or try to access other salons' data or interfere with the service.
6. Payments
When payments are available, card payments go through your salon's own account with the payment processor and are subject to that processor's terms. After the beta, we will tell you the price of your plan before you are charged anything.
7. Availability and warranties
We work to keep SalvaSalon available and your data safe, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, SalvaSalon is provided without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or $100 if you paid nothing.
9. Ending use
You can stop using SalvaSalon at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible so you can export your data.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell account holders about significant changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [state], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
