SMS Terms

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Salons use SalvaSalon to send text messages to their clients about appointments. These terms explain those messages.

Who sends the messages

Messages are sent by your salon through SalvaSalon. Each message names the salon it comes from.

What you'll receive

Messages about appointments you booked or asked for: confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations, deposit or payment links, and offers of an earlier time if you joined a waitlist. Promotional messages are only sent if you separately agreed to receive them.

How you agree

You agree to receive these messages when you give your mobile number to a salon to book or manage an appointment, online or in person. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase.

How often

Message frequency varies with your appointments, typically up to five messages per appointment.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that salon. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out. Reply HELP for help, or contact the salon or us at [email protected].

Your privacy

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
